Solo estuvimos una noche llegando a las 3:00 y pedí si podía hacer early check in no me importaba pagar, estábamos viajando y de verdad muy cansados pero la chica del Freon desk fue muy grosera y me dijo que no había cuartos y que estaban limpiando, esperé hasta las 4 pero vi como a otras personas que llegaban después que nosotros les dieron habitación , el hotel est bien cuidado y las instalaciones están muy bien además muy conveniente su ubicación pero el staff be está mejorar su calidad de atención .

Breakfast location it’s located in the foyer high traffic area next to the check in desk front entrance constantly opening and closing. Also not a lot of seating and could use more waffle makers.

This booking was a nightmare! We were 500 miles from home and literally had to cancel this and move motels mid stay!! Was not notified that their ‘parking’ only took small cars and got to the motel to park and was turned away stating a regular sized F250 was TOO BIG! Staff was incredibly rude and didn’t want to refund any of the stay price, even though their negligence caused it. Will not ever recommend this establishment to anyone.

We’ve only stay here now. Convenient location there’s a bar in the corner. Across The Street has great drinks and great food. There’s also a great hotdog/bar at the corner around the block that has hotdog made out of Japanese milk bread amazing. I believe it’s called the Aztec bar. Always a great sleep here. Downfall is the $50+tax valet parking. Of course it’s not required for you to get it but unless you wanna walk a couple of blocks for parking it’s convenient for us because we enjoy staying here. The breakfast is really great if you’re an early bird if not, if you go closer to nine 10 o’clock, then you get whatever’s left over. Staff is great.

The rooms were good for 4 adults we had. But the view outside the window was horrible. It looked like I was sleeping in a homeless encampment. The canal. Walk was nice and a little scary. We seen people doing drugs right out side door when we walked out.

My wife is disabled and we requested a tub so she may be able to bathe and also to soak her legs after a nice dinner. There was several guests wanting to speak to the manager and she awaited for about 45min and still no manager. We got to our assigned room and no tub, no balcony view to the river walk as stated, way too expensive and to mention also we were late to our special Valentine’s dinner that I had reserved for my wife and I and we had to reschedule and our drive to San Antonio was 6 1/2 hours very disappointed….

El hotel muuuy bien, el desayuno regular... sugiero ampliar el menu y la ventana de tiempo que se ofrece mínimo hasta las 10 30 am . Ojo si no tienes subscripcion a alguna app tipo netflix/apple, estaras casi sin tv, y podras ver muy pocas cosas en la tv.
