Will definitely recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton for any stay. My family had a Staycation for a birthday and we loved it. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was definitely fun for our children. Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. My children also enjoyed the board games as well. Will most likely be back in the future.

Really, everything. But it starts with staff who care & take a little pride in the work. I should have asked the morning guy his name, super helpful at check-in and during our visit. Very clean. Not far to Lackland AFB & a number of eateries, plenty of options. We were in a large room with a walk-in shower, pretty nice. Two King beds! Had 8 in for a brief gathering, plenty of room, but some have to stand or sit on a bed, not at all bad. Outstanding coffee. It's a fresh vibrant blend, Lavazza. Maybe get rid of the in-room coffee setup.

We love this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. We love the convenience of the location. The suites are comfortable and feel spacious.

The stay was not so great they issued me the last possible room in the hallway of the hotel. Checkin was freat (until after i left). The staff in person is very friendly (after the trip, rude on the phone).

Staff were super friendly. Hotel was very clean and quiet even though at breakfast you can tell the large amounts of families that were staying. At breakfast, they were constantly monitoring and making sure no food ran out. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and visit again

Room is clean and very friendly staff. But it looks like that they are on a very straight budge on the breakfast. They after 9:10 am, they only bring out the food when you ask for it. If you eat after 9:30 you won't know do they serve sausage or something else.
