Staff was great. We were there for a soccer tournament with a group of Middle School boys. They were very patient and the hotel was quite accommodating for the number of athletes. We had great location to shopping and restaurants.

It’s in a wonderful location in the Rim at La Cantera where there is lots of shopping and restaurants. The location makes it easy to get around SA. It is a very well run hotel: clean, inviting and staff. Very pleased.

The room was small for having a king bed in there so we felt cramped with our dog. The breakfast was decent. Hotel was close to shops & restaurants. Next time I would request 2 queen beds so we would hopefully get a more spacious room.

The room was the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in! The location was great—convenient and quiet, which made for a very comfortable stay. I didn’t try the breakfast myself, but my husband and daughter did and unfortunately, they didn’t find it very good. Eggs were rubbery and bacon was burnt. Enjoyed our stay overall and will stay here again.

Great place!

Overall this is a very nice hotel- clean, very friendly service and a great breakfast! My only complaint is that the walls seem thin as we could hear our noisy neighbors.

I have a new favorite hotel in San Antonio. The rooms are spacious and include a refrigerator, hot plate, mini-dishwasher, and the plates and utensils that make a longer stay more comfortable. The place was super-clean and at check-in, they asked how frequently I'd like the room refreshed. Why doesn't everyone do this? Exceptional - and my new go-to stay when I'm in San Antonio!

On arrival, Connor at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. Our check in went smoothly:) Breakfast was good, staff here also very accommodating. Ben, who was the evening front desk staff was courteous and extremely helpful with everything. Jessica who was bar tending was lovely. I must say that the beds here were great!! Love Marriott Hotels !!
