The apartments are quiet with excellent sea views. The only downside was people constantly smoking on the neighbouring balconies and the smoke wafting across ours. As a none smoker this did spoil my experience.

Taxi prices expensive compared to other years. Very poor bus service in area and area is isolated. Patio doors not locking and having to use broom handle provided to keep doors shut is not satisfactory. Staff very helpful and pleasant

The hotel is well maintained and the all-inclusive option is great value. The staff is excellent. The pool area can be very busy: a delight after dinner to head back to a bungalow away from the pool overlooking the sand dunes and listen to the silence.

The bungalow itself was satisfactory as a place to sleep. The kitchen could have been a bit better only a 2 ring hob with a fridge and sink, no oven or microwave. Anything you wanted you had to pay for TV, WiFi, iron, microwave etc... Paid for WiFi and it didn't work.

AVOID!!! Cockroaches, miserable staff and dirt!

I regret to say that my experience at this budget hotel was dismal, making it the worst I've ever visited. The constant disturbance from traffic, deliveries, and rubbish collection ensured a sleepless stay. The hotel itself is extremely dated, with little effort apparent in maintenance. Don’t leave your shoes or clothes out in the apartment as you will find huge cockroaches after a day hiding in them. Keep all the windows and doors constantly closed because cockroaches were everywhere outside. There is no air on apart from small fan in the living room. Despite opting for bed and breakfast, the unappetizing smell and poor quality of the food in the restaurant dissuaded me from having breakfast there for the remainder of my stay. While the towels were replaced regularly, they still emitted an unpleasant odor. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the staff. The blonde lady and the young Spanish girl with glasses were particularly miserable. It seemed like a monumental inconvenience for them to answer any questions or even acknowledge guests at reception. Throughout my entire stay, there was no sign of a smile or any positive interaction from the staff. Moreover, rubbish bags littered the surroundings, and trolleys with dirty glasses were left unattended for days. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel and suggest exploring the numerous alternatives nearby. I will certainly avoid this establishment and its uninviting staff as if they were a blazing fire.

Nette Unterkunft, Fernseher, für abendliches Ausruhen, ist vorhanden. Alle zwei Tage wird gereinigt und für neue Handtücher gesorgt. Je nach Unterkunft hat man einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse zur Verfügung Die Parkplatzsituation, falls man ein Leihauto hat, ist eine Katastrophe. Allerdings hat das Hotel Abstellmöglichkeiten die man erfragen muss. Für fünf Euro, sondern ein Platz frei ist, bekommt man einen Schlüssel für einen Parkplatz. Das Geld bekommt man zurück bei Abgabe des Schlüssels. Wenn nicht All Inclusive gebucht worden ist, kann man Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen gegen einen Entgelt in Anspruch nehmen. Die Anlage können wir weiter empfehlen.

Myself, Partner and Friends stayed in the Vista Bungalows for a long weekend. We were all extremely excited for our holiday as it had been planned for a long time. However, the excitement soon turned into utter dismay. The receptionist/front of house was unable to break into a smile and was very rude with lots of sighing and shocking facial expressions if any of our party dared to ask any questions. Be prepared for this, a mature lady who clearly should be working on her own for herself. I have never in my life seen anyone in that position as rude for no reason at all. After this experience we soon realised that this rudeness and pure nastiness continued throughout the hotel. Apart from the cleaners who were always smiling and friendly. There was also a young man working behind the bar and restaurant who again was friendly and welcoming. He needs to leave that hotel before the staff have a negative impact on him. Unfortunately, nobody has name badges so I am unable to give further support in bracing anyone for what they will go through there. There was an older man working behind the bar who only ever spoke with one word and this was ... What! You would go to the bar or approach him and he would look at you like you had just wiped his family from the face of the earth and then say... What! I would make an effort to speak in Spanish where possible out of respect, however this made no difference. This man also smashed glasses when putting them on the bar with such force. He ne

Lite 80-tal över det hela.

Lite vibbar av ”sällskapsresan” i tysk tappning. Hyfsat rent både på rummet och i allmänna utrymmen. Fräscht och nyrenoverat badrum. Betyget hade blivit högre om man lagt ner några kronor på att byta slitna sängkläder och uppgraderat lite av utrustningen i köket. Vi testade inte restaurangen men jag köpte ett par Pina Colada i baren och det vete sjutton vad för fulsprit de var blandade på. Lugnt område och buss 100 meter bort. Bra mindre affär 150 m och även ett shoppingcenter på promenadavstånd. Helt godkänd Italiensk restaurang också 150 m. TV, wi-fi, värdeskåp och i stort sett allt annat kostade extra. Personalen var lite ”off season” kändes det som. För att ha en bas att sova så är det värt pengarna.

Läget var bra! Mycket trevlig personal, med något undantag, och särskilt i restaurangen. Ägaren var väldigt ödmjuk, vänlig och inlyssnande. Värmde tom upp poolen när gästerna tyckte den var för kall att bada i. Maten medioker men man blir mätt. Väl värd pengarna, svårslaget pris. Anpassa förväntningarna efter priset så blir du nöjd.
