Very friendly staff with good food. Staff at bar and in dining area work so hard, my only gripe regarding cleanliness was the toilets by reception but this is due to the way people treated them rather than lack of cleaning I guess. Would definitely recommend for a family

Noisy morning with maitanance staff, after a week someone asked me to remove my hammock from the tree and they could not motivate it. Breakfast should be served until at least 10.30/11. Apart of this very good stay and friendly staff

Loverly hotel. Great pool view. Family friendly. Bed room a little small but kitchen area good. There is an epic flight of steps up the hill to get to Yumbo. Would be happy to stay there again.

Stayed here for 8 nights with my partner and two children. Staff were all fantastic, all the bar and restaurant staff work so hard. Nouridin was very helpful through our in the restaurant. Reception staff were great and always happy to help. Ayoze the Lifeguard was fantastic always helping people and very friendly always coming to say hello. Food was very good, not the biggest choice but found the quality very good for 3 star, had worse quality at 4 star places before. Always found something to eat, was always hot and fresh. Will definitely stay here again... Brilliant

Good 3 star hotel

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked, so this really is the main thing. Cleaning staff were thorough, although do not operate 2 days of the week. Breakfast was on the basic side, especially if you went close to finishing time (although there were always 2-3 reliable items like bread, eggs and bacon that you could rely on). Big warning to those who have difficulty getting around - there's a short but steep hill you need to go up to get in towards the town once you leave the hotel.

It wasn't super clean (we were greeted by a cockroach when entering the bungalow), sand on the floor, hairs on the couch. The Vistaflor facilities were nice though (pool, bar, etc). If you don't have a (rental) car, it might be difficult to leave the area and as it's about 15-30 minutes walk to the "center" with restaurants and everything, it's not super convenient. Still, we had a nice stay but unfortunately 3/5 stars.

Accommodation is tired and basic but very clean. Poolside is a huge let down. Too many people chasing too few beds. Out of a seven day stay we used the pool three times as you simply couldn't get a bed. Lots of kids but not a problem as a good kids club. Good standard of poolside food and bar drinks. Bungalows facing the road get no sun and you face a wall so absolutely no view. Poolside Bungalows have no privacy as your literally a few feet from a hundred sunbathers. It's close too yumbo and airport bus stops outside the door. But definitely would not recommend staying here. I'd say I was at the pool in total about six hours in the week.

We liked the quietness of the room, comfy beds, the heated, salted swimming pool, the food was quite good and the staff were lovely. We were placed in a 2 storey terraced mini-house. It had tv and kitchen downstairs with a small bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We were all-inclusive, so didn't need the kitchen and it was quite a steep climb to get to the wee bedroom and bathroom... somehow it didn't seem to be appropriate - we would have liked a bigger bedroom and bathroom only. There was nightly entertainment for an hour and various animation events during the day... they looked after both adults and children well. The location was away from town centre and you would have to walk up a steep hill or take a bus/cycle, etc. Free bus to the beach provided

Great Location and Great Staff

We stayed 7 nights B&B. The location is great for the beach and Maspolamas and Playa de Ingles. There is a bus stop up the hill to get anywhere on the island…the rum factory is a must! The bungalow served our needs. Clean and comfy. The staff were great. I sent a message to say this vacation was to recuperate after my stroke and we wanted a nice quiet bungalow – they did just that – out of the way (thank you!). The lifeguard (with the hair) was very friendly and rowed in with all the activities…..please send him that message! Breakfast was a little chaotic. Not enough cups and the coffee urn ran out every day. Sadly the chef doesn't know how to cook an English breakfast sausage (NOT boiled - they should be shallow fried or on the plancha. That why so many gets left!) We had a great time and will be back!

Had a really pleasant week here just before and during Oct mid term. The bungalows are really pretty and colourful plus the grounds are very clean and the plants are well kept. The pool was great, warm enough to swim especially in Oct. Small supermarket on site and the prices are reasonable. There is a bigger one a few minutes of a walk away. Taxis great value. Close proximity to Yumbo and beaches. Used free shuttle to the beach which was great. A special mention to the waiting staff (Nourdine) and entertainment staff who were all super friendly, pleasant, engaging with the kids and just very helpful

Lovely little getaway

This apartment complex was surprisingly good for the price paid. The apartments were a good size and clean although a little tired in places. The grounds of the complex were kept to a high standard and the staff were friendly. Drinks were very expensive but food reasonably priced although the food was pretty standard. The pool was lovely and clean and good amount of sun beds. Location is quiet but close enough to the action of the town which is within walking distance (uphill going in downhill coming back). Local shops nearby.
