Comfortable apartment with full kitchen and all required amenities. Spectacular views of the lake and of the buildings hill-side with an outdoor patio. Access is with a code and a key that is in a safety deposit next to the door (also requires a code). Coordination via what’s app was easy with Gisella, who was very attentive and responsive to our needs. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom that are nice and tidy. (Towel and linen change every three days). Also boasts a sofa-bed allowing for up to 5 people to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend!!!

The apartment is in excellent condition, a 5 min walk takes you to the downtown area and many shopping and dinning options are available along the way. I stayed with my wife and two daughters and we were very comfortable. We rented a car to drive around the lake area and parking can be a little tricky in this area because of its proximity to the city center. I would recommend staying in this apartment if you are looking for a nice place very well located.

This BNB is in a fantastic location right in downtown. The host was communicative and helpful with answering questions. The walls were paper thin (you could hear everyone in the building coming and going), and the towel hanger as well as curtain rods both fell upon trying to simply access them. Overall I'd say the value was decent!

Fabulous view and location

An incredible view and fantastic location make this flat a great spot. We had a car and were able to find street parking close by every day. I didn’t score this place a 5* excellent as the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. I believe this becomes the second bed if booked for 3 but there is no way it would be comfortable. The BbQ restaurant below is fantastic, but be aware you may need to book.

Location was right in center of town facing the lakefront. Communication was too-notch even with no on-site personnel. Very modern, clean, & well maintained. Access was very easy. FIVE STARS, especially for my contact Ariel, who at all hours responded to inquiries.

Very comfortable in a great location

Excellent location for walking in the city good transport links. Very comfortable well equiped kitchen. Very clean. There was a safe in the bedroom but no instructions how to use.We had no idea of the cleaning arrangements e.g towel replenishing bed linen change or if the apartment would be cleaned during our stay which it was not we did not know if this was included in the price we paid.Ensure you take your own shampoo, soap etc as there was only sachets available.The balcony was a major plus with a partial view to the lake.The soundproofing was excellent no noise. Overall it was excellent value for money would definitely stay here again.

Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up
