This place is 100% beautiful and very safe - the only issue with them is that they don’t have a shuttle service which makes it complicated when you do not have a car. Having shuttle service will make guests like us more comfortable because having a taxi or an uber picking you or dropping you inside the facilities is very tedious due to the extreme entrance and security rules. If the Hotel had a shuttle service in place - then they will have a clearance to come in and out the compound. The other suggestion is that they improve the pool furniture and decor - it looks outdated - the place is gorgeous and definitely has room for improvement. Thanks! Yasna B. Sauls

My stay there was just amazing. Hotel is in perfect conditions, very comfortable, very fancy, food is great. The location made me speechless because I could see the snowy mountains from my windows.

Nice hotel in a very beautiful and safe area…it is about 20-25 minutes drive to Bariloche town center…for me it was a con but for my husband it was a pro…depends on your preference. The property itself is very nice and clean, the staff very helpful. They have a restaurant on site with very good food.

Cute hotel In Arelauquen

The hotel is nice looking, but feels a little dated. The rooms, tile, wood fixtures, could use some work. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like a 4 star. There is no turn down service, etc.

A unique property in a private condo with exclusive access and in the middle of an excellent golf course. A very nice setting, good quality, in some minor aspect a lack of maintenance (loose WC sear, jet of ja jacuzzi di not work, one toaster at breakfast in bad condition for three days and then replaced. One day run out of cheese during breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful, deserve special mention.

The property is located in a beautiful gated community with easy access to the golf course and trails. The hotel lodge is dated and the service at the restaurant is EXTREMELY SLOW! We waited over an hour for poached eggs that I refused to eat and pay for as they were cold and literally floating in a pool of water. Staff was friendly but very young and inexperienced. My sister and brother-in-law’s room had a very foul odour during their entire stay (3 nights) that never got resolved! Overall unsatisfactory and very disappointing!

The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.

Hotel was nice, but not a 5-star resort. Probably a 4-star at best. Jacuzzi was HOT (nice), about half an hour drive outside of downtown Bariloche, which was a little far. You have to register with the security gate to get access in and out. The gym equipment (all 3 bikes) were broken, which is a maintenance failure on their part. Overall nice stay but I'd stay closer to downtown next time to save the effort.
