It was excellent stay! I really liked everything, the size of the apartment was amazing. “Excellent stay from start to finish. The place was clean comfortable and exactly as described. Check in was smooth and communication was clear and fast. The location was convenient and felt safe. Everything worked properly and the space was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.”

Os aquecedores não funcionaram como gostaríamos.

Apesar do apto ter aquecedores em todos os cômodos, tivermos que usar toupas de frio dentro o tempo todo. Mesmo com os responsáveis dizendo que os aquecedores estavam funcionando perfeitamente. For isso, a estadia foi adequada.

My husband, adult son, and I recently spent 3 nights at Belgrano Decks and were quite happy with it. Most of the nicer hotels in Bariloche are out of town and require a car (very difficult with the really awful local traffic) or cab if you want to explore the downtown area. Belgrano Decks is right in town, easy walk to restaurants, shops, and whatever else you need. We had a large 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment, with deck and partial view of the lake. One downside: no deck furniture. Indoor pool was quite nice and staff were very good about storing luggage, etc. No services really--front desk is staffed on demand, which means you need to know and to tell them when you're arriving. That caused some anxiety, as we were driving in from a distance, but worked out fine in the end. Apartment was comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and roomy. Very good option if you want to be in easy walking distance of downtown.

We arrived at the hotel around 7pm. Best (apart hotel) because it has no 24hs reception. I had to go talking about WhatsApp at what time it would arrive, I thought that because it was Saturday maybe they worked at a reduced schedule ... On arrival, still unpacking, my family (wife and two small children) are waiting in the lobby. The manager (Gustavo) approaches with the face of a few friends. Question how many nights I will stay and confirm that only one night, because our flight leaves the next day at 16hs. I ask if we can do a late check out. And he says I should leave the room at 10:00. I ask again because at 10am with two children in this cold of Bariloche would be a little bad ... He gets angry at my insistence and starts talking loudly in the middle of the street aggressively with me. I ask to speak to the Manager. He replies that the manager is him and continues in verbal aggression. We entered the small desk that works as reception. He throws the reserve money on the table and asks me to leave. I ask him to calm down and lower you, he continues ... Went to another hotel. Luckily I found a place on the first call. Will never go back to the Belgrano Decks. Would not recommend to anyone. I have no idea how the rooms are, because the only thing I saw was the prejudice and the aggressiveness of the Hotel Manager. Carlos.

El lugar es bonito no es tan céntrico pero caminable lo único malo que le veo es que publican Al momento de escoger la habitación con fotos que al final no son reales ya que al momento de recibir la habitación no era lo que yo había reservado incluso al escoger la habitación me mostraba una foto con vista al mar cosa que no fue así aparte de eso la limpieza de la habitación en general no era muy buena habían pelos tanto en la cocina como en el baño como en la pequeña sala de estar prueba de que la limpieza o la hicieron a la rápida o no la hicieron aparte de eso ningún comentario negativo

Great post-trekking luxury.

We booked this place as a little bit of luxury for when we got back from a hard three day trek and weren't disappointed. Big, airy rooms and comfortable beds. In particular the staff were lovely and it was good to have a sauna and swimming pool to ease aching muscles! Bariloche itself is not the prettiest place but is still the number one pushing off point for all the local activities.

Bello dpto en el centro con buena vista al lago.

Es maravilloso estar en el Belgrano Decks. A mejorar limpieza el balcón con telas de arañas, más limpieza de los baños en especial la bañera(tapada de pelos) anexar algunos accesorios: tapón de bañera, azucarera, mantequera. La atención del personal hacen que quieras volver siempre.

Ótima hospedagem

Não se trata bem de um hotel, mas de um pequeno edifício onde o Dono resolveu transformar os quartos em estúdios e alugar. Tanto o prédio, como o apartamento, são bem novos e em ótimas condições. Tem uma pequena cozinha que facilita para aqueles que não querem comer fora todas as refeições. A cama é ótima, assim como o sistema de calefação. O único problema da localização é que fica no meio de uma ladeira. Assim, como no período em que fomos estava nevando, formou gelo e dificultou um pouco a locomoção, mas nada demais. Fica bem perto da Mitre (rua principal) e sem neve na cidade (o que é o normal - pegamos uma temporada atípica) fica ótimo. O Gustavo (dono/gerente, não sei) é ótimo e nos ajudou em tudo o que precisamos. O vi ajudando outros brasileiros com o cancelamento dos voos por conta da nevasca. Recomendo!
