The location was great, however the bathroom smelt terrible of sewerage every single day and night and the breakfast was inedible. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Minha estadia foi otima, quarto limpo e confortável hotel lindo com uma vista incrível, mas infelizmente o wifi é pessimo, e o cafe da manha nem sempre estava com tudo pronto as 7:30, ruim para quem acorda cedo para ir aos passeios ! no hotel tem uma area de lazer com jogos e as 3:30 da madrugada tinha gente fazendo barulho incomodando os hospedes que acordariam cedo no outro dia para os passeios ! Essas sao minhas únicas queixas.

O hotel é muito amplo , limpo e organizado . O quanto que ficamos era maravilhoso, água quentinha, banheiro e quarto enormes . No quarto tem uma garrafinha pra esquentar água o que ajuda muito pra um chazinho ou cafezinho. O quanto tinha um vista direto para a lagoa , tornando as manhãs mais lindas ainda . Mesmo estando fazendo 1 grau no quanto não dava pra sentir pois o sistema de aquecimento do hotel funciona perfeitamente. O café é bom , só senti falta de fritas e suco natural pois o sus o servido é de caixa . No o mais foi Ótimo , ao lado de tudo e bem no centro .

Habitación SUCIA durante toda la estadía

Terrible. Llegué a la habitación y tanto piso como baño estaban sucios. Polvo, pelusas y cabellos perceptibles a la distancia. Pedí por favor que la asearan, pero me comentaron que solo sería posible al día siguiente porque el personal de aseo ya se había retirado. Estuve 2 noches en el hotel con el piso y el baño sin ser aseados. Solo se limitaron a hacer la cama. La caja de seguridad estaba fuera de servicio, lo que es una desventaja al momento de dejar objetos de valor. El desayuno pésimo. Poca variedad para ser considerado "buffet". Loza y vasos sucios, baja disponibilidad de cubiertos. Panes fríos y añejos, sin tostador disponible para poder calentar. Termos de café y té fríos; y café con pésimo sabor. Fruta vieja y poco apetecible. No incluyen huevos revueltos, tiene costo adicional. Lo único con buen sabor fueron las medias lunas, el resto deplorable. Tuvimos que salir a tomar desayuno afuera. En resumen, NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL. No vale lo pagado. Precio/calidad terrible.

Es un hotel medio pelo, en fotografías parece de mejor calidad y te decepciona cuando llegas. Incomodo para llegar y bajar maletas. Dice que tienen estacionamiento y no es así. Incomodo para silla de ruedas y changos de bebe.
