muito bom a estadia no Residencial Pioneiros, sua localização é muito estratégica, perto de tudo, para chegar ao cerro Otto, fica a 3 km, cerro catedral, 20 km, cerro pedra branca, fica a 5 KM. bem confortável o local. Recomendo a todos, do centro fica uns 6 KM . Muito bem atendido no Local.

Viajamos em nove, entre adultos e crianças. Pontos positivos: afastada da cidade, em um ponto mais alto, neva com mais frequência. Total privacidade. O hotel é dividido em blocos, em uma área com vegetação abundante, muito agradável. O apartamento em si é como descrito, apenas achamos que a calefação poderia ser um pouquinho mais quente. Pontos negativos: distante do centro, necessariamente precisa táxi ou melhor, serviço de remises, pontual e com preços fixos, o que a própria recepção se encarrega de solicitar, recepção aliás que não é 24 hs. Mas, em resumo, recomendo a hospedagem. Ah, uma dica: ninguém conhece como Residencia Pioneros, sim Aldea Andina.

The hotel was ok overall, a bit out of town and not near any restaurants to walk too and the restaurant was closed as they were building a new one. The other difficult was that the actual name of the hotel was not Residencia Pioneros, it was Aldea Andina, which made it incredibly difficult getting a taxi driver to get there.

Cargo por servicio de habitación que no se cumple!

Lo positivo: El hotel tiene buena ubicación para desconectarse, pero se debe ir en auto propio ya que queda alejado del centro cívico o del centro de la ciudad. El apartamento bien equipado con cocina y refrigerador (eso sí suena demasiado en la noche). Lo negativo: El Hotel cobra un cargo adicional por noche de 15 dolares por servicio de habitación que después "no cumple", aludiendo que es una tarifa rebajada la que cobran por noche; sin embargo en la factura y reserva aparece esta descripción de cargo adicional por servicio de habitación. Obviamente nadie limpio, cambio toallas o limpio el baño. Así es que ojo al reservar ya que si hubiera sabido de esta situación, habría reservado en otro hotel.

Es un Hotel agradable, con buena ubicación, no esta muy lejos del centro. Al taxi que nos llevo del aeropuerto al hotel le costó ubicarlo porque no se llama Residencua Pioneros su verdadero nombre es Aldea Andina, eso género que me cobro mas el taxi porque le costó encontrarlo.
