Valla que ha mejorado el hotel la atención por parte de la administradora por la mañana muy atenta y cortés hice upgrade de habitación y una grata experiencia para mi familia llegar de caminar o de tour de esta pintoresca ciudad de San Cristóbal al hotel valla que descanso más los servicios adicionales de spa, el único punto en contra es la señal de wifi el internet no era muy favorable, pero sin duda volvería a este hotel.

La habitación estaba limpia, la atención fue excelente, desconfiaba un poco si la reservación con promoción se me haría válida y así fue, excelente atención del personal y mi familia se fue contenta. Los desayunos en el restaurante muy ricos

No sé por qué dice desayuno gratuito si no aplicaba lo que es el desayuno gratuito más sin embargo las habitaciones están muy cómodas muy bonito tienen una cafetería y un restaurante entonces me parece genial la verdad sí me encantó si volvería a hospedarme
