Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5) Title: One loud night ruined an otherwise calm stay Most of my stay was relatively peaceful, but one night was completely disrupted by a group of guests partying with their doors wide open, directly across from another room that was doing the same. The noise carried throughout the hall and went on until midnight, making it impossible to relax or sleep. I reported it to the staff multiple times, but they did nothing to address the situation. There was no enforcement of quiet hours, no follow-up, and not even an apology. The rest of the nights were calm, but this one experience really stood out — and not in a good way. A little intervention from staff could’ve made a big difference.

Al llegar te dicen que el estacionamiento solo es si tienen lugar y si no tienen lugar, tú debes de buscar donde dejarlo, al final después de insistir te dicen que tienen lugar pero tu lo tienes que ir a dejar y esta como a 6 calles y te regresas y vas caminando, el trato del personal de recepción no es nada bueno, son groseros

El hotel muy agradable, el personal muy atento, muy recomendable; en mi caso, teníamos auto y el hotel no menciona que el estacionamiento está a tres cuadras y para entrar o salir del estacionamiento debe acompañarte personal del hotel, lo que era algo inoperante, pero todo lo demás super bien.

Muy buena la ubicación del hotel, es muy agradable por todo su diseño, el personal muy amable. El precio es adecuado con lo que ofrece, solamente las almohadas estaban un poco duras. De resto muy buena experiencia.
