I had a great 7 night stay. Staff was always very helpful. Convenient location 5 min walk to city center. Very clean. Breakfast was great. You can also reserve your tours at the reception and be picked up from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Se nota que no tiene mucho que remodelaron el hotel, esta muy bien. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y se ventilan hacia pasillos, pero esto es algo recurrente en los hoteles de San Cristóbal. Esta bien para desayunar algo rápido por la mañana (desayuno incluido) y por la noche descansar después de realizar tours.

El hotel es muy hermoso, suban a la terraza hay una excelente vista de San cristobal. Cada rincon es instagrameable, me enamoro <3 -no esta padre que no haya buen internet, al hacer el comentario indican que es el proveedor de servicios. -no dan pan ni tortillas en el desayuno, ni salsas. solo eso.... de alli en fuera es excelente

Excelente atención por parte del personal, las instalaciones sencillas pero cómodas, limpias y modernas., el desayuno sencillo pero muy rico. El único inconveniente fue que nos tocó la habitación con vista a la calle y se escuchaba mucho ruido de los coches por la noche, pero eso es ajeno al hotel.

Reservamos 2 habitaciones, una tenia ventana en el suelo que da a la calle, de donde se escucha todo los coches en la noche y no cuenta con cortina, pormlo cual por la noches las luces de los carros que pasan se vuelve incomodo para dormir. Lo demas todo bien
