We arrived 2 hours early, but customer service was accommodating. They let us park in garage and we enjoyed Old Town eateries. The hotel has a nice sitting area with fireplace or television area too. Hotel is clean, comfort and inviting. We loved our stay and will be back. Coffee and cookie in lobby was also a nice treat.

It’s states that there’s breakfast that comes with the reservation but it isn’t free. The staff members are really kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean and updated with new appliances. There’s free water and coffee in the lobby all day. The carpet could use some deep cleaning but other than that it was a wonderful stay!

We’ve had an excellent stay, very walkable to Old Town San Diego, good restaurants in the direct area. The pool is a bit small though, San Diego zoo and the SS Midway are very close. The staff is very friendly and very nice and helpful, they give you great tips of the area. We stayed in a room facing away from the freeway, and slept with the windows open, no disturbing noises.
