Two things jilted our experience - one the reservation we had was almost lost. Thank goodness for the late night person. He was extremely helpful and patient. The second issue was the location was right next to the ice machine - so we barely got sleep after checking in at 4 am. We were grateful to have the room as we almost didn’t due to an overlook by your staff.

Do NOT stay in this hotel. It needs to be renovated. We stayed 2 very uncomfortable nights: the room smelled of mold, the wallpaper was torn in many places, the carpet was dirty, the wash basin was clogged, the sheets were rough and did not smell good. When I complained the people at the front desk were respectful but seemed resigned; at the end they gave us a refund for one of the nights. The location of this hotel is fine, but it is in desperate need of massive renovation.
