Rooms were not properly made, with hairs and blood stained on the bed.. disgusting.. Staff were very nice. Breakfast selection was good but there’s always a long line…limited amenities in the room…

Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well.
