Main pool was closed and drained of water. Restaurant and bar not open for during dining hours on a Friday night. Room needed some attention. Facility needs maintenance and upgrades. Beach is nice, staff is helpfull and friendly.

Very clean rooms, good swiming pool, excelente beach access. Suites equipped with nice kitchen, fridge, etc.. Definitely Will stay again Some áreas are permanently clóset long Time ago, but no need for them.

The staff and the location are the only reason I gave it three stars. Location is great, nice beach. But the hotel itself is falling apart. Doors falling off kitchen cabinets. Paint peeling, stucco falling off the walls. Pool has been under repair for a while now. Only small pool open. Not worth the price.

We booked the Junior suite and what we did not like is the main door won’t lock. My kids did not feel safe on the junior suite so I spoke with receptionist and they were very kind and I got switch to a master room and my kids felt safe sleeping in there. The pool was dirty my kids couldn’t swim there. The beach is warm and relaxing. The staff was very good and kind.

Access to the water and beach is phenomenal. The rest of the property is very scary and so rundown that you’re not sure it’s even open when you drive up that needs definitely some care to attention to detail.

I was concerned about staying at this property after reading other reviews. But after spending two nights at this property, my concerns were washed away. This hotel is the best place that I have stayed in San Felipe. The rooms were clean and spacious. It’s on a very quit beach. We enjoyed a quiet evening picking up sea shells with only four other people on the beach. Quiet at night for sleeping. I will be staying here again for my annual trip to San Felipe.

Everything was good except for a drain smell throughout the room. The a/c made a lot of noise when turning on. Will be excellent without that smell and noise.

Horrible experience!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The OWNER needs to put a lot attention to everything. This “hotel” is outdated. The swimming pools are breaking apart tiles are separating and it’s dangerous. Rooms need a lot of remodel. Everything looks old and in a very ugly condition. whites are old. We had 2 rooms and on both of them we had AC problems. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Employees are nice and courteous. They did what they could to help us but OWNER desperately needs to attend this matter. We are very disappointed because back when they opened this hotel was nice. We had visited this place for many years but this one was our last time here.

The hotel was closed - locked and chained at the gate. According to a gentleman at the gate, the hotel had NO WATER, so they had to close. Had to find another hotel in unfamiliar surroundings in Mexico, and at night. Not a pleasant experience. Submitted a request for refund -- which is pending. Expedia couldn't get ahold of anyone at the hotel, so I have to wait 72 hours before I find out if I get a refund. Very disappointed to say the least.

Has stay at this place in the past, but this weekend was terrible, tv didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, restaurant and big pool out of service and to top it all the shower was licking water through the electrical panel

Ok for one night, no more than that.

The stay was fine for one night, but the price is quite high. I chose this hotel because of the impressive photo of an infinity pool, but upon arrival, I found the pool out of service—and it looks like it has been that way for years. The location is excellent, but the hotel itself is dated, lacks proper amenities, and has a very basic restaurant.
