Room was clean and updated. Furniture is sparse. No hangers for the clothes hanging rack (no closet). Outside condition of the motel / inn is OK at best. Lombard street is loud most of the evening. AC/Heat worked well, but was very loud.

Parking is available and easy - public transport also easily available. Convenient location - many areas within walking distance. Good choice of local dining options. Room was large and clean, 2 big comfortable beds with clean fresh bedding, tv, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, air con, bathroom with shower and bath, hairdryer, clean fresh towels. Pleasant, helpful staff. We loved our stay - thank you Alpha Inn! :-)

This hotel was close to restaurants, the hotel itself was Falling apart, any time we left the room we needed a new key, even the gate to enter the building, no elevators, no fridge or microwave in my room( which was advertised). I had two rooms for 2 nights. Would not stay here again. The room was dirty and the beds were not clean.
