It’s an old hotel but it’s okay. Good location and the staff helped us with a problem on our room on my last day. There is a tourist bus stop just at the hotel door. You can go walking to nice places from there (pier and narrow lombard street)

It was clean, staff was very kind. The video check in was different but all the same very quickly done. The room was good, not much around to walk but parking was free and the parking garage was very tight many orher guest were squeezing in with their vehicles. Overall I would stay here again.

Rooms were clean, bed was a bit firm though. Property was a little old but otherwise is decent condition. Our bathroom did have a loose tile that made the toilet off balance, but since we were barely there we didn’t notice. Lobby was a bit dated, but check in was fairly easy.
