Centrally located in the heart of downtown SF with everything within a few blocks so getting around was very convenient- and walking distance. Its definitely basic, which is not bad at all for a night or two. And affordable. We came for a show at The Masonic which is only a few blocks away and this made a perfect home base. The room was tidy, bathroom clean- really just a bed, shower and TV- simple. Its an older building so dont expect modern amenities. And it's surprisingly quiet for its location. Staff were very helpful. Parking available for an additional fee, and the lot is directly across the street. Would definitely stay again for the purpose we needed it for.

Is kind of outdated but was clean, hot water, no a/c, it has a fan, the bed a little uncomfortable but was able to sleep well, it’s in a very good location, near bus stops and cable cars, the pastries and coffee in the mornings are very good, I will stay again !
