The rooms are very modern and the beds very comfortable. Lots of on-site off the road parking they do lockdown at 10 PM which is nice for security but difficult if you’re checking in late.

Excellent location for walking. Did not have to move car during 2 night stay. Market across the street has excellent sandwiches and friendly staff. Cafe down the street also good food and staff. Zoo is across the street and Ocean Beach is a few blocks down the street. Can walk along the new Great Highway Park to Golen Gate Park .

Room was clean, quality was good, the bathroom and overall amenities in the room were solid. Little noisy, but most hotels have pretty thin walls, and this is near a major thoroughfare. Not bad, though, and while the parking garage was small and pretty tight, it was great to not have to worry about parking, and the location was solid. Customer service was a little abrupt and kind of curt, but I didn't need much, so it wasn't a deal-breaker.

Too much noise from housekeeping in the morning (7am). If I knew getting the deluxe king being right next to the laundry room…hence the housekeepers gossiping at the top of the morning, I would have paid extra to stay elsewhere. Room was generally nice and clean. Only problem was the noise both mornings during my stay.

Excellent air conditioning. Very close to beach. The hotel is funny. The Mirage sign facing the ocean is half lite up. Kinda janky looking. I laughed. The outside of building is definitely needing an upgrade. Lots of dry rot all because of being so close to the ocean. The inside hall way going to the second floor needs new paint. Our room 203 was noisy but I used earplugs for two nights and it was fine. I felt very safe and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Great location to everything. Java beach coffee shop right next door along with a pizza shop. I would probably stay here again. A little run down with no personality but that’s okay. If you want that maybe go stay downtown. Oh and parking was included which was a huge bonus. The spots are tight so anything bigger than a minivan might have some issues.

I was going to give them 4 stars but their location isn't really their fault. I looked around before staying there. And knew the restaurants locally were limited. In variety. The hotel is clean and has been remodeled and done quite nicely. If you need a room with a microwave refrigerator into bed. This is definitely a score for the price. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were nice and the air worked great.
