Convenient to bart and other public transport. Very nice staff. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was only one star. But lots of good places nearby. The area is a bit iffy, but I never felt uneasy. It's just not the most attractive for 3-4 blocks.

The hotel rooms are really if you are a single person. There is zero privacy between where you sleep, the toilet and the shower area. Only one person in the room can be moving around at a time. You pay extra for a view of the city however the windows are filthy and you can't see out of them because of that. The amount of homeless people is high but honestly it is in that entire area. Streets are filthy every morning. It is very clean. If you are solo in the room it really a good deal.

Easy process of checking in with very helpful staff. We were referred to a parking lot down the street as their parking wasn’t guaranteed. For a quick trip it was perfect. Room was clean and exactly what we needed. Helpful tip: get to the breakfast grab and go early, by the time we got there mostly everything was gone around 9:30AM. Overall it was a great stay!

Nice place, simple neat & clean. Rooms very small for three people plus, breakfast was pastry’s, cereal, oatmeal & yogurt, coffee & juice. It was located on Main Street, which is close to many things. Just don’t turn the corner and go down Mission Street bad idea a lot of homeless in San Francisco kind of gross but has nothing to do with this hotel.

Unique rooms. Very small with limited space to relax. Keep that in mind when booking. Breakfast selection was limited but enjoyable. Staff were nice, but keep in mind the place is heavily automated with digital check in and checkout.

Super cute rooms. Loved the vibe of the hotel! Staff was friendly. Parking was a nightmare. The area felt a little unsafe but no one bothered me when I was walking for transparency. Still best sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a long time!
