Cabañas muy oscuras. Nunca hubo agua caliente siempre decian que lo estaban solucionando, las fotos de la pisicina son retocadas, pues realmente es muy pequeña. Los televisores son super viejos. De rescatar la alimentacion, estuvo rica. Afortunadamente nos la pasamos por fuera los 3 dias porque no hay mayor cosa que hacer en el hotel.

Think twice if you are booking here!

I reserved a room at hotel Terrazas for a couple of nights as a wedding present for my cousin. The hotel looked beautiful on the photos, with lots on well-kept landscaping, vibrant colors and very picturesque. I was completely embarrassed when he called to share the truth about this place. The humidity in the rooms was unbearable to the point that he was getting an asthma attack, and he has never suffered from any respiratory issues in his life. Not just that but they were afraid that if they open their luggage the bugs would jump in. I thought he was kidding until he sent me the photo of a spider that seemed as large as my hand! My cousin complaint to the front desk and they did moved them to a less humid room. I exchanged several emails with the hotel personnel, telling them of the unpleasant experience. Their argument was that it was a “Hotel Campestre” (countryside hotel) and that explained the humidity and bugs. At the end and after many emails back and forth we did make partial payment for the first night. The story does have a happy ending. My cousin found an absolutely gorgeous, clean and bug-less hotel called Hotel Muchuelo for half the price.

en cuanto a instalaciones excelentes, amplias limpias pero la atencion en cuanto a personal humano deja mucho que desear se pidio una decoracion para cumpleaños dijeron la noche anterior que tranquila que al desayuno la iba a tener y no fue asi, resulta que nos levantamos al dia siguiente y no habia ningun tipo de decoracion, me le acerco a la recepcionista de turno indicandole que habia pedido una decoracion pagando el costo adicional y lo que me dice es " a es que la otra niña me aviso tarde y no mandaron comprar nada" que tipo d ehotel que no cumple con las exigencias de un cliente deja mucho que desear gracias

Much too far out of town and road's not walkable

Ultimately we left three nights early, even though we had to pay for the whole time! We checked in and they gave us a terrible room that was dank and smelled of mildew and had absolutely NO view although the hotel was completely empty! We asked to move and after what seemed to take forever! Finally we got a less mildews room with a view and also a broken shower head and torn shower curtain. You are right across from the incline on the freeway and hear trucks downshifting all night.
