"Jasmine was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room and bed were comfortable in a standard double bungalow and the air-conditioning and fan were very efficient. We enjoyed the pool too cool off and the food was good. Jasmine organised a local driver for us- Nhat, and he was excellent, very flexible with time dropping us and coming back to pick us up when we were ready. Very good value and a safe driver (not always easy to find in Vietnam)."

"We went there for a few days to relax. Our 2 week visit to South Vietnam and North Vietnam was very hectic with many tours. This resort was perfect. Out of the way, beautiful rooms and the landscaping was amazing. Our view of the mountains was magical. The staff is top notch. We hated to leave."

"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. The complimentary breakfast and bikes were really appreciated. We did not get to use the pool because it is too cold in this season. Location was also convenient. The only issue we had was how the toilet was positioned in the bathroom. Not suitable for anyone over 5’5”. Overall we loved our stay. "
