door to my room didn't lock
paid $10 fee with no explanation other than it isn't refundable
not a safe hotel at all - i checked out - wasn't even there 15 minutes
Mejor Saludos

Terrible service, cheater.
I beleive this is the only hotel in Colombia forced me to pay an extra insurance of 5 dollars for 2 days staying, I v tried several times to persuade the manager that is not fair, but unfortunately I had already paid 2 nights online and I had to pay that extra. It never happened in 80 days travelling in Colombia in 22 different hotels. She told me at the beginning it was a national fee, its a lie, that is different and in according to Colombian law is only for Colombians. I v found out lately, because she told me, and I saw the invoice, that is a medical insurance. Guys beware of that hotel, choose another. Easy. Cheers

When arrived the hotel was full; no rooms availble. I was charged $57,400 COP at Caravana. I was then transported to another hotel and spent my seven day vacation in a room the other hotel.

Friendly hotel in a sketchier part of town. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a home feel. Every room is equipped with a powerful window unit AC. The hotel has a restaurant inside. Walking the area late at night is dangerous but I have few complaints about the hotel. The hotel also has a pet dog named Max.
