"Clean hotel, easy check-in, check-out, and valet. I selected a basic room, and the room met my expectations. Wouldn't normally review this. But . . . 4-5 hours after checking out, we realized a purse was left behind in a dresser drawer. We called hotel's security to report this, they retrieved and secured the purse, and returned it to us when we pulled up to the valet circle. Major kudos to the staff for their helpfulness and kindness, and to the hotel which clearly instills a culture of honesty and integrity. Signa Hilton San Jose comes with my highest recommendation."
