"Pros: nice shower, comfy bed, lots of outside room to sit, convenient parking, elevator, nice staff, convenient location, near restaurants/food, mostly quiet, nice room layout with sofa Cons: one of my bathroom towels was obviously dirty with some wort of sticky substance on it. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The sink was always backed up."

"Our stay was overall okay, but there were a few things that could have been better. Unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable, and we could feel the springs through the mattress, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The ice machines on two of the floors were broken, so we had to go searching for one that was working on the 4th floor, which was inconvenient. Then the machine was at the complete opposite end of the floor, it would have been more convenient to be centered closer to the elevators. One other thing that would have been a huge plus would be a shuttle service to Levi’s Stadium, especially for guests staying at the hotel for events there. Overall, the hotel has room for improvement in a few areas."
