Last night, we discovered bed bugs in our bed. This has made it impossible for us to sleep and has caused significant distress. We chose your hotel based on its reputation for cleanliness and comfort, so this situation is quite unexpected and disappointing. The presence of bed bugs is a serious health concern and has disrupted our stay significantly. We kindly request that you address this issue urgently. We would appreciate it if you could arrange for a refund for us immediately, ensuring it is thoroughly inspected and free of any such issues. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could take the necessary measures to treat the infested room to prevent any future occurrences. Everything was good nice staff, clean rooms and pool, problem was neighbors who we're heard arguing, screaming and fighting all night. My worry is safety and quietness as we didn't get much rest thanks to neighbors.

There is kitchen but nothing in it, dirty floors, sofa didn’t have pillows, bed sheets and cover, only 3 pillows on queen bed, no shampoo/ conditioner/lotion in the bathroom, only on demand, heard the lamest excuse for not having it, check in took long time, there was used small soap next to sink in the bathroom. Loud lobby . Very disappointed, windows do not open.

They need to do better on their facility as a whole. Found a roach in the restroom on the last night there. And their rooms need upgrades. My room came with broken light fixtures and a jammed door.
