Went for a concert, and arrived early and front desk was able to get us in a room earlier than check in time which was very nice. Shuttle to the airport to hotel and hotel to airport was very convenient and was very fast. Thank you for a great stay.

They did charge 10$ per night fornparking, we arrived around midnight and the clerk waved our parking fees. I had brought cash for our stay not knowing of the 100$ deposit. And they waved the deposit. The room was rokmy, the bed very comfortable. Wifi cable indoor pool. The free breakfast was good had alot of different options. I would definitely stay here again. Not to mention, 6 min to Levis Stadium/ great america. Nice place

Great all around. Staff was courteous. Rooms were large and well furnished. Bed very comfortable. Parking was on-site and convenient (note there is a $10/day charge) still good. Inside is clean and well decorated. Breakfast had many selections and a staff who wouldn’t let anything go empty. Probably the best of any hotel. Very well done guys! Great job.

Sparks Taekwondo Has a tournament every year in San Jose. Having stayed last year at the Hampton Inn with the use of the Common Area to Meet & Relax we had a positive experience, Sparks Taekwondo told the Parents to book the rooms from 2/23-2/25. Except this time the Manager (Lady) was rude and had poor PR. We could not use the Common Area but were told to go to the Pool Area where we could meet and eat dinner with our group & little kids, the Chlorine smell was highly irritable. I went to speak with the Manager on 2/24/24 at 8:45 PM to see if she would let us use the Meeting Room as the kids were complaining of the smell and irritation of the Chlorine while eating She agreed if I paid $100 for the use of the Room but only for 1 Hour. This was a great place to stay before a flight to return home. Our room was spacious, including the bathroom! The airport shuttle driver continued the wonderful service we received.

Pool not heated.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, not spotless but clean. This is the first hotel I go to that does not heat the indoor pool. The water was freezing, no one was able to swim. Many of us parents were upset. I paid extra to stay in this hotel and I was very disappointed. Not the cleanest hotel, the floor is sticky. Needs some deep cleansing, not by the housekeeping personal but from another agency! I mean Deep! You have to pay for parking even though there is plenty. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

Place was nice and clean. Only was little disappointed, called the property ahead of time and was told the indoor pool was heated. Once me and the family arrived and entered pool was freezing. An employee even asked if it was warm we informed them no they just laughed and walked away. Didn’t find it funny since it’s the only reason the place was booked in the first place.

The hotel was very nice. Comfortable beds, good breakfast and nice indoor pool (although it is not hard). When i booked it said free parking. When i checked in on the app, it said complimentary parking, yet the guy at the front desk said they changed their policy and now charge. So i got a bill for parking. That turned me off of staying here again.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and found it enjoyable. We stayed there when it first opened. I was using my credits for this stay and am disappointed I did. The room they put us in was handicapped and near the tram. When we got to the room it had poor lighting and we found a used condom on the floor . My husband and I were disgusted and asked for a new room. The second room they gave us was the same exact location only two floors down. The lighting was a little better because the lamp was missing in the first room. They didn’t allow my husband to change rooms without me coming down to verify my ID. Then they asked if we were charged the parking fee of 10$ per night, so they didn’t charge us double. There was no ice bucket plastic bag so they gave me a laundry bag to fill. My husband liked coming to this hotel because it had an actual step in shower and not a tub shower. But of course we got a tub shower. I am a Hilton Honors member as well but I was using my credits for this stay. We probably will never come back even though we liked it in the past . The hotel is not the same . The breakfast staff was the only good thing.

Our room was clean and looked like it was newly renovated except for a rip in the bathroom wallpaper near the floor, though that wasn't a big deal to us. The staff was very polite and friendly. We especially liked that there was free parking on the property. Having a hot breakfast included was also a great plus because it saved us having to go out to find somewhere to eat before check out. Overall a great stay for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Would have been a 5 star review if it weren’t for a couple of things. 1 - Room 508 was very nice, if it wasn’t for the ants that were all over the room. Front desk offered to move me, but it was to a room a lot smaller then I booked. (Not about to be downgraded because of a pest issue). They gave me windex to spray them, but there was so many. 2- Had opportunity to use pool, but damn was it cold!!!! I would think that an indoor pool would have been heated. Other then those minor thing, parking was great and it was very quiet stay. Ohhh….cant forget to mention the hot breakfast. It was pretty good as far as hotel breakfast goes.
