This was my retreat experience and was delighted by the place. I see that EXPEDIA rates it at 3 1/2 star but would consider this place much higher. The place is very new and decorated in a calm, simple but yet stylish way. The setting on the side of the mountain offers stunning views and the sound of the forest is so peaceful. I was blown away by the attention of the employees, they are genuine and kind. If you are concern about the semi/raw diet...don't be!! I was so surprise on how good...

Hermoso lugar, excelente servicio al Cliente

The grounds are beautiful with different types of fruit trees, lovely veranda to enjoy the view of the mountains. We especially love the sisters who run the place. They are quite attentive, making sure we were comfortable. We definitely would recommend this lovely bed&breakfast

Jungle surroundings, with lots of butterflies, birds, and monkies. A memorable relaxing spot.

The place is pretty. Great swimming pool and rooms. All very clean, good customer service and amazing food. Parking is narrow, it is difficult to use. They really need to get more parking space. Had trouble with the shower in the morning: water flow went from zero to enough and then zero, prolly lots of people taking a shower at the same time, was afraid of ending up with soap all over.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making it the perfect getaway!

Todo excelente. Podria mejorar siempre en la calidad y variedad.

We loved this little place. The owner was so friendly and helpful. The view was amazing! Our only regret was that we should have stayed another night! lol And the sunset was breathtaking!

Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!! Amazing views, staff and delicious food!

so I loved this hotel the first few nights. But there is a lot of stuff that I need to warn others. There's nothing to do here besides a few nature walks. There is a lovely fireplace in each cabin and the cabins are lovely but there is a very very long and bumpy ride to get to the villa. I literally cringe thinking about this 45 minute road just to get access to the property. The service is great, the food is great but it's all very VERY expensive. If you do not have a car, transportation...

It was a very quiet place Very clean. Easy check in and out. Owner was quick to respond via messages. Would be a great place to stay for a honeymoon.

I loved this private property and the owners of the property Lazara & Alex. We rented the deluxe bungalow. It was such a BEAUTIFUL view of the mountains, the pool was so relaxing and it was awesome to enjoy 24hr access to the pool and go night swimming. The construction of the walkway, lights, stairs and the place we stayed was all so elegant and beautiful. The property was very clean, big and spacious. It was also a gated community that we were able to open and close as we needed (which made us...

Puterenas is a busy port and not really a center for tourism. I reserved here as a halfway point from Tamarindo to Quepos. What a wonderful surprise. Beautiful large condo unit with fabulous views of the water and boats on both sides of the property. 2 great pools, full professional gym with all the machines and free weights, and a great little restaurant.

Great place for relax and detox time. Eco-friendly lodge with awesome gardens, trails and a waterfall. Bungalows have a great view to the mountains. Excellent and healthy food. Road requieres a 4WD, but it is NOT dangerous, just bumpy.

El lugar es muy bonito y limpio. La piscina muy rica!

Great location looking over Tortuga Island. Beautiful settings with pool area with panoramic view. Need 4x4 to access hotel because 2 mi are on gravel and steep.

The hosts Jan and Avtar gave me such a warm and inviting welcome! My original flight was cancelled, so I arrived very late at night to the property. At night you can see the stars so incredibly clear from the pool or from your rooms balcony. Waking up in the morning in this very lush oasis in the city of Atenas was so peaceful. I enjoyed the nature and seclusion, while being close to everything I wanted to explore. My room was cozy and very comfortable with a hammock outside. The best part was...

We stopped here one night as part of a longer road trip. The room was comfortable - great AC and shower and the Wifi was great. Beds are double not queen so a little small. The pool area was nice but needed a little cleaning up. We didn’t have breakfast as we left before it was available at 7.30am.
