The rooms, layout were good and very homely. Our family loved the stay and made the choice of stay for the next trip already. To list any negative was the plumbing -- pipe at bathtub was loose and over flowing, the bathroom shower flow. The host was very responsive and sent handyman immediately. Over all good place. The host should consider to lower the price, as they will not go vacant any time in year.

This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!

Booked this room for 5ppl for my daughters 18th birthday celebration. It was a dream! The garden was so relaxing and stunning layout with beautiful exotic plants. The layout was open and spacious. I did find throw up in one of the pots in the kitchenette. The reason for my 4 star on cleanliness. But doesn't matter because this place was worth it. Central location 10-15min drive to get any beach, restaurant, spa etc. 30-40 min drive to the nearest hiking paths and waterfalls. Isla Verde Beach was breathtaking. Id stay here over and over again.

Apartment was very clean and authentic to the area. Me and my husband loved it. The backyard tub was perfect after a day at the beach to come and relax and hang out. Close to the beach and food. The apartment has everything you need. Loved it.

The property is in the middle of a neighborhood but the people that live there keep to themselves. One thing to be aware of is that there is some dog waste on the sidewalks because some owners don’t clean up after their pets. The apartment is spacious, and the air conditioning worked well, which made the stay much more comfortable. The photos make the rooms look a little nicer than they are in person, but they are still fine. The rooms and beds were comfortable so no complaints there. Any time we had an issue, the staff was very responsive and provided quick solutions. There were a few things beyond our control and theirs, such as a water shortage in the area, but they handled everything as well as they could. I generally prefer staying in hotels, but this was still a pleasant experience. It would not be my first choice, but I would consider staying here again.

Nice property with plenty of amenities and centrally located to restaurants, beach, and stores. The hosts were responsive. Transportation (Uber) was readily available and modest cost to nearby sites such as the mall, Old San Juan, and airport. We would certainly stay here again.

The property was amazing, comfortable, and clean. The overall aesthetic of the apartment was beautiful and simple. We enjoyed the rainfall shower as well as the outdoor shower on the balcony. The water temperature and pressure was just right.
