JOSE AND BETSY made it very easy to have a great experience for the 6 days i was there, very unique experience and I am glad I booked here ' you cant beat the deal i got and for the price it was a good place to book , I throughly enjoyed my entire 6 day stay , 6 days of mostly beautiful weather , great food , and 6 days of the beautiful women of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 That includes you too Betsy 😆

This is a nice cozy place, small place but I felt very comfortable and it is on a nice location. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it has no parking, however you can pay for valet parking nearby.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were nice but the hallways were slightly dirty. There was also no mirrors at least in my room. Location was great super great for walking around and going to beaches.

Big comfortable room with a very comfortable bed! Close to a huge variety of so many delicious restaurants, my favorite area of PR for restaurants! No car needed! Close to everything including beaches, pharmacies etc.. Highly recommend staying here. We even extended our stay.

It wasn’t what the picture showed it to be . Definitely NOT on the beach ! It’s a 2 1/2 block walk to the beach . Rooms were cleaned to the best of the house keeper’s ability but very old place needs updating . The bathroom was the only nice thing in our room . Walls paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING I mean everything. No pool onsite either but you can take a taxi to a sister site if you pay for it .

I haven’t been to PR since the age of 12 yrs old. Being now 31 this has to be the most comfortable and well maintained hotel I’ve seen even compared to the US. This place perfected the vibe for me being back on the island after such a long time. Anna was super sweet and attentive of all my questions and concerns. Such a blessing to have found a tranquil stay especially being in the middle of San Juan

After a terrible experience at a previous hotel, we moved to this one, and it was a complete relief. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooms were spotless with perfect air conditioning. We felt so safe and comfortable here, and the whole experience was just wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel!

At first, I wasn't sure what to expect because the photos online made the property look a little older. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. The rooms were modern, clean, and much more spacious than I expected. The location is a huge plus—it's just a short walk to the beach and right by the main road, making it easy to get around and find restaurants, shops, and transportation. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. My only issue was with housekeeping. I would leave the housekeeping sign on my door, but my room wasn't serviced on a few occasions. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it would have made the stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay, this is a solid choice.

Staff was helpful. Only thing is there are no safes in the room. Could have more hangers too. Other than that it had coffee and just ask the front desk for an iron. There are fresh towels and it’s a block away from beach and close to all the restaurants. You have access to use the pool and hot tub at the other facilities.
