Ive stayed here several times, always enjoy it and a great location with easy access to miramar, condado and old san juan. The staff is extremely kind and lots of great restaurants nearby as well!

This hotel truly blessed my soul! The cleanliness and service were outstanding. They made my first trip to Puerto Rico unforgettable. Thank you so much! — Also, the parking was easy. They have a simple system — just ask the staff. I’m not sure why anyone complained.

The rooms are very dated including the carpet which left our feet covering in carpet gairs and black that stuck to your feet even when you went to bed. The staff were good but some were not very accommodating when we asked for another pillow. The breakfast was good for a cold breakfast that included bagels huge croissants, fruit ,cold cereal and beverages. The breakfast patio was great. The views from the balcony were looking out on the bay and it was nice to sit out and take it in.

great location! beautiful views! however bathroom was dirty, we were only provided three pillows at three people, one blanket, and on the third night we had one out of toilet paper. We requested several times for additional blankets, additional pillows, and for our room to be cleaned we received. None of the above. The staff was rude and cooperative.

Comfortable, enjoyable stay. Loved the view from our room. Didn’t quite like the continental breakfast though, only decaf or flavored tea was offered (not everyone drinks coffee). The staff can do better with providing more towels & washcloths so you may want to bring your own. The parking is tricky but once you figure out the walking path it doesn’t become a problem, it actually is a good morning walk. The staff can do better with providing local info, I found out info on my last day from a staff member telling someone else about a place to eat. We weren’t told anything. Overall, I’d stay here again as this was a beautiful place.

Hard to check in..our room floor filthy. Even after cleaning, it needed a scrub down. guests & workers at hotel very nice. views amazing, close to everything. TV Remote didn't work, coffee maker didn't work. I noted this at Check out. Check in was 3 hrs late for desk. They did let us late check out. Beds comfy they could use a thicker cleaner blanket.

There was no visible notice of the hotel's location or the 2nd floor registration. We drove around and around trying to find the hotel and it was not visible. The parking was also hard to find. We were pretty frustrated after a long flight to have to research the hotel location. If it had not been for the beautiful view and very nice employees, it would have gotten a higher rating.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area, has an amazing view to the water near by so many cute beaches, yet whoever is in charge has totally missed the mark on managing and running this place. The room was disgusting, very dirty, there is a mold smell in the room and the room has moisture, all our clothes felt wet while we stayed there. We got a room here because our flight got canceled, and now i know i will never go back to this place if i ever find myself in San Juan again.

The room service was very poor. We asked for more hangers, never received. It was two of us in the room and ask for more towels. Received them the first night at 10:30 and we were in bed by then. Would not give us more each day like we requested. Never give us more toilet paper and I had to go down to front desk one morning and tell them I need toilet paper now because we were not receiving any from the cleaning service. We used the two cups for coffee and they never replace them. Some days they never come in our room at all, beds were not made. Hotel service was very bad. The view from the balcony was great. That was the only thing good.

The food was good,great location wish they had a shuttle to cruise ship. Security guard very nice forgot his name but he says he has worked there for awhile. Room bed need better linen and duvet or comforter with brighter colors.

The room was disgusting. Literally mud all over the floor our entire stay. They never came to clean the room and we had to go to the supply closet to get new towels. Bed only comes with one sheet and one thin blanket. Breakfast is just cereal and bagels. The view and location are nice. The parking wasn’t too expensive, but you do have like a 5 minute walk. Overall would not book again.
