The room was very dirty and had bugs. We had to call administration to send someone to clean it up. First night we lost power and AC or hot water was not available. Even tho customer service on the phone was good I would never book with them again. It ruined our first time in PR.

The place was clean. And super quiet at night which I appreciate a lot. This is close to everything. I walked everywhere. When my family comes to PR I will recommend this place. And if I come back I will book here again. There was no staff but the communication was super fast. I can to see Art and see something specific. The museum that I wanted to see was not open and but adjusting my reservation was a easy too.
