Property location is very convenient, close to many places, 5-7 minutes walking to the beach, decent and safe area , parking outside didn’t have any problem. Room was clean but too small for a king bed , a queen or a full bed would be fine. No hot water for shower early morning or late evening. The room was extremely cold, I lowered it to 70 degrees and still very cold for me , they require to keep on and don’t shut off.. Coffee maker was on first floor, only small cups,( one day there was no ground coffee to make ),. Yes , plenty of water bottles available and free . Overall, 3 stars is fine for the price, I stayed 4 nights,

We had a stay from Tuesday to Sunday. Nobody ever came for the trash. We got 1 towel and 1 washcloth for 7 days. Our door on the room never locked. When we went out we had to take all our valuables to ensure no one just walked in our room. I contacted the number posted and the only response I ever received was, “what’s your name”. N ver sent anyone to check on door or to give us fresh towels. The room was a box, no chair and only enough space to walk around bed. This is the worst place I ever paid to stay at. I would not recommend this place to no one. Unprofessional. Staff is a joke.

It took us a while to figure out where we get in the gate. The pictures show you can walk out to a pretty scenery, but that isn’t the case. Rooms were clean but I never seen one worker. It’s a good little cheap place to stay if it’s just over night.
