"Upon arrival the room smelled like freshly smoked weed. Second night someone pull the fire alarm and everyone was awaken early morning. There was no Continental breakfast as usual. Appliances need to be replaced. Floors were not clean. Air conditioner was old and ran very loud. You have to park across the street if hotel parking lot is full. "

"The property lacked cleanliness. The entire property was dirty with rust stains everywhere. My room was NEVER cleaned as promised when checking in. We had to ask for soap and towels daily. We stayed five days and the bed linen was never changed even though we asked politely everyday. The two dishes that we used were never washed and I killed a bug!!!! I will never stay at a Radisson in the future. "

"The staff was great. Super sweet and attentive but the property itself is lacking. Upgrades definitely needed especially in the kitchenette area and bathroom. Also can there please be regulations on marijuana use. It stunk everytime we went down to the pool. "

"The Breakfast is awesome. The staff very helpful all during our stay. The Day management crew are great. The bar staff or on point. Young lady in the morning shift very helpful with our orders. Overall great location."

"Family friendly and spring breakers too! We enjoyed all the pools and lazy river as well as the beach access and covience to get out to the water. The Tiki Bar was just right for ordering drinks for the beach. Room was very clean as well as the bathroom. We had a long balcony with a partial view facing east and it was enjoyable and we could see Pier Park Pier from our room. King size bed was soft and comfy and clean! We will return! Spring Breakers were wild though as they came in late and made lots of noise and even enjoyed playing "ding dong ditch" by banging on our door after hours and scaring us to death, but we laughed it off, never complained and said, "they are just having fun" and "we were teen/college kids on spring break once too" no worries! The lazy river was very nice and kid friendly. Front desk clerks were informative, nice, and eager to help. Lots of employees around the whole place working and keeping it clean, prepped and ready to go for current visitors and those coming next. Highly recommend!"
