Place could use a thorough cleaning and remodeling

Reception could not find reservation made via hotels.com app. The rooms did not feel clean and my daughter pointed out a cockroach crawling near bed as we were readying to checkout. Bathrooms don’t have a barrier/curtain to prevent toilet and sink from getting wet while showering. Had to keep bathroom door closed to keep sewage smell out of bed area. Rooms don’t have air conditioning

En limpieza el lugar es excelente, ninguna queja o duda, son francamente excelenten. El personal es muy comedido y atento, excelente servicio. Las instalaciones están en buen estado y muy acorde al precio, solo un detalle. La escalera es de loseta y no tiene tiras antiderrapantes son un peligro para cualquiera. Los alrededores son muy tranquilos y es un lugar de fácil acceso. No es su culpa el deterioro de los alrededores ni el descuido estructural de las calles.
Primera vez en el estado y ya estoy planeando mi regreso

En general fue buena ... el personal un tanto desatento . me llamó mucho la atención el resguardo del equipaje, el día de salida 21/11 la srita en turno ( recepción) nos comentó que no resguardaban el equipaje ya que no se hacen responsables por la rotación del personal, servicio de sanitarios no los hay en el lobby hay que ir al restaurante que esta en el hotel.. sÍ se ocupó pero enseguida cerraron la puerta del restaurant con llave se me hace falta de atención para los clientes .Otra situación incomoda la noche del sábado un huesped del piso superior tocaba muy fuerte la puerta que hasta se cimbraban los muros , a la vez que decía abreme , abreme, esto duró más de 1 hora...caray ....que no tienen personal nocturno que este pendiente del inmueble y de este tipo de sucesos ??

The service was ok. When we asked for bottle of water they said they run out of the courtesy water, we needed to buy water the service in the dining looks like they are unhappy

Неплохой отель в небезопасном районе у автовокзала

15 минут от автовокзала. Не самый безопасный район, особенно с наступлением темноты. Так, весь ресепшн в решётках, и общение с персоналом через тонкую шёлку между стёклами. Если идти от отеля дальше от главной дороги в центр, то все кафе обозначенные на картах гугла закрыты. Про соседний ОХХО пишут, что его грабят каждые 2-4 дня. Но рядом есть бургерная, ресторан в самом отеле, такерия на главной дороге в центр, маленькие магазины. До центра минут 30-40 пешком. Сам номер просторный, но холодный. Единственное чем можно согреться - одеяло, но оно тонкое. Чисто. Довольно быстро начинает идти горячая вода в ванной комнате. Есть окно, вид на парковку. Внутри отеля средняя звукоизоляция. Снаружи также не очень шумно. Персонал обычный, общение через щёлочку в стеклах не очень приятно. Не уверен, что есть лифт. В ванной вполне просторно. Есть шампунь, мыло. Но нет вообще никаких вешалок для полотенца. Розетки хотя и не старые, и их достаточно, но из них зарядка через переходник вываливается спустя какое-то время. На мой взгляд цена слегка завышена, примерно за эти же деньги можно жить в центре. Широкая, удобная кровать, но по краям продавлена.

Visita San Luis Potosi

En general estubo bien, lugar limpio y comodo con amplio estacionamiento, cerca del centro historico y de la terminal de autobuses. La pase bien, el unico inconveniente es que no reciben pagos con tarjeta solo efectivo, asi que eso te obliga a cargar dinero.
