Fantastic accommodation

Casa Camellia is a beautiful boutique hotel! The space is welcoming and peaceful, the service is fantastic and the Art Garden Cafe is lovely. This was our first visit to San Miguel de Allende but if we ever return we will definitely stay here again!

This was a three day couple trip. Casa Camelia was perfect - very unique, personal atmosphere decorated with love. Uriel was very attentive and helpful, and provided us with great tips. The Casa is in walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was great, and all staff we encountered very friendly. Highly recommend for all who are looking for a more personal experience off the beaten path. We will definitely come to casa camelia again.

The friendliness of staff. The variety of food everyday. Manager was very knowledgeable and he explained were everything was and explained into detail about the room functions. The Manager was available for any questions at anytime of day. Recommend it.

Bonito hotel, cerca del centro. Recomendable

El hotel es muy tranquilo y muy bonito. Tiene diferentes habitaciones repartidas en esta casa y tiene detalles muy bonitos en la decoración. Esta a aproximadamente 15 minutos caminando del centro, pero hay que tomar en cuenta que es una pendiente bastante pronunciada para subir y llegar al centro. No lo aconsejo hacer por las noches, sólo de día. No hay una recepción en el hotel, sino que te recibe un chico, Uriel, y es muy atento, pero se tiene que estar en contacto con él para que te reciba. Si tienes cualquier problema, le puedes llamar por teléfono o escribir a su Whats para que te atiendan y te solucionen. El desayuno está bueno y lo hacen en un jardín super agradable. Las cosas que no me gustaron es que no tiene estacionamiento. Se tiene uno que estacionar en la calle, y luego no hay lugar cerca del hotel. Me tocó que me agarrara la lluvia y tuviera que correr en el calle empedrada para no mojarme tanto. Lo otro que no me gustó es que no me tendieran la cama. No sé si tengan servicio de limpieza diaria, pero por lo menos a mí habitación no entraron a limpiar y hacerme la cama. Sin embargo, totalmente regresaría a este hotel, son más las ventajas que las desventajas y está muy orginal y bonito este hotel, además de que es muy tranquilo

Good place to stay

For me everything was good. Location is perfect, just 10 min walking from downtown. I have a complain about the parking. In the hotel information says “parking free” but there’s no parking space at all. The car should be parked on the street. Even though the place is safe, the information must be clear about it.

A bad experience in San Miguel...

The difference between a great and not so great hotel lies on the details. Casa Contenta staff is more worried about their confort than on providing a good stay to the visitors. No sense of costumer satisfaction. I do not recommend this hotel.

お花がいっぱいメキシコらしい家

ホテルというよりB&Bといった感じ。各お部屋におふろもトイレもあるのですが、トイレにティッシュが流せないのがちょっと。。。 家全体はカラフルだし、お庭は草花いっぱいで美しいです。全体的には古い家で設備も古いですが、掃除はいきとどいてます。 わかってはいましたが、壁がガラスなのは外の光が漏れるのとプライバシー的には微妙です。朝食はお庭を眺めながらでとっても良かった。ただ、パンがなくてシリアル、フルーツ、ヨーグルトなどです。別で卵料理をオーダーできました。パンはあったほうがいいですね。 中心街までは歩いて約15-20分の距離でタクシーなくてもギリギリ移動できる距離でした。
