We arrived very early in the morning and were able to get into our room… It was immaculately clean as was the property. It was well situated for our needs and you could not beat the price. The breakfast was included, which was an added bonus. I would definitely return but request a deluxe king room in the future. It was a fantastic trip. We will definitely be returning.

This hotel is in an excellent location, however it needs a facelift. The bedding was clean but old and tired. Glasses and cups in room were chipped. Restaurant was often out of something. The photos on-line looked better than the hotel itself.

The hotel staff was very friendly and acommodating. The rooms were clean and had great AC that kept the room fresh. Shower pressure was very good and strong. It is a little far from el centro and taxis do take about 10 mins to come when the hotel calls them for you. But being outside of el centro was nice because the area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful.

Nice, clean property but the walls between the rooms were very thin and could hear others outside an in other rooms. The breakfast was a nice addition. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel itself 5/5.... Food not so good at the restaurant which I feel like the pictures looked deceiving. The room, the workers were very nice. Very clean. Super comfortable beds

The breakfast menu had a good selection of breakfast options. The fruit was fresh and delicious. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The housekeeper kept the room clean each day. My only complaint is that we were only given hand towels and bath towels. We did not receive any wash cloths.

Free Valet Parking ! Our stay included breakfast. Although the menu for the included breakfast was limited (I think around 10 choices), the food was prepared fresh, delivered quickly to the table, well presented, and quite filling. All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and patient with my very limited Spanish skills. It's not far from the Jardín (0.5 miles – a 15-minute uphill walk), and the area near the hotel has many restaurant options close by. Tienditas, Farmacias y Cafés are within a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel is on a quieter street, so the noise level wasn't bad at all. The only downside I experienced was the lack of an in-room coffee machine, even though I think it was listed as an amenity on Expedia. We'd stay there again.

The location was a bit farther to Centro than I expected. Walk was mostly uphill. Bathroom was tiny. Staff was super helpful. Very clean property and breakfast was delicious.
