Nice place to get away and relax. Not too crowded, very quiet. Pools quite relaxing as heated by thermal waters. Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet, plenty of lunch and dinner options on the menu at reasonable costs. Rustic style but well kept.

Las habitaciones son antiguas pero cumplen con lo necesario, todos los cuartos tienen una bañera bastante grande. El menú no varía mucho pero sinceramente es suficiente para la familia y es sabroso. Buena atención y servicio a cuarto. Nosotros vamos específicamente por las albercas de agua termal, son súper ricas y siempre las mantienen limpias.

El lugar es muy amplio, con bellos Jardines, varias albercas de agua caliente a tibia. Personal amable y buena comida. Puede mejorar: mantenimiento al inmueble, ya que todo lo que no es jardín o alberca (como los juegos para niños, canchas de tenis y de ping pong) está en pésimas condiciones. Por otro lado tienen muchos gatos (ventaja, no vimos animales ponzoñosos) pero algunas partes huelen a orines de gato.

Las habitaciones son sencillas pero a la vez muy cómodas, tienen una tina de baño grande, el personal en general es muy amable, obviamente las aguas termales son la principal razón por la que vamos, siempre tienen las albercas limpias.

Excelente lugar, aguas termales riquísimas. Es un lugar muy alejado, a 20 minutos del centro de San Miguel de Allende pero vale mucho la pena para relajarse y descansar.

podaron los arboles y quedaron muchas espinas en el pasto y una de ellas atravesó la chancla de mi esposa y le pico en el pie, seria conveniente tener mas cuidado y revisar que no queden espinas entre el pasto.

Propiedad limpia, tranquila, atención al cliente super bien, nos tocó domingo de pascua e hicieron una cacería de huevos de pascua familiar y estuvo muy padre la dinámica, lugar tranquilo para ir en pareja y familia; el agua de las albercas super rica siendo termal, habitación junior suite muy amplia, comida rica, todo super bien!
