La vista es muy buena, y la atención en recepción fue excelente. Pero no revisaron mi habitación y habian cosas sin limpiar o sucias. El restaurante tenia pocas opciones de almuerzo, el desayuno si estuvo muy bueno. Si son personas que no les gusta los insectos, no lo recomiendo porque es bastante rustico, al natural y campestre (a mi no me incomodo pero a mi hermana si) Conseguir transporte es dificil porque no llegan los uber, lo mejor es tener el contacto de un taxi desde recepción.

La regadera, de repente te estás bañando y te sale agua fría, como por 3 segundos, es muy desagradable Segundo no me gusta que tienes que compartir la terraza y en la descripción del hotel no menciona nada de eso

Overall, this place wasn't worth the money. We asked for a room with A/C, that A/C was broken. When asked to resolve they brought a standing fan, which did unfortunately not help. We had to move to another room without A/C, which was equally hot and stuffy. There are clearly rooms in need of updating and regular maintenance, which seemed overlooked. It isn't a large property, so the fact that the pool wasn't looked after well was disappointing since our whole reason for being there was to get a break from the heat with a day by the pool and a A/C cooled room for the night. Dining was also limited and food mediocre for the price. Breakfast was complementary. We didn't opt for the fruit that came with it because my stomach can't take the acid, so we ended up getting two entrees and sharing the pancakes, which we were charged for anyways. Three tiny pancakes. Hard pass on staying here again.

A must go for a great experience

This was just a perfect stay, flawless. The room was comfortable and had all that needed and wished with a very mexican style and a view to die for. The sunset while having a drink and some food was unforgettable. Used their spa servive and was magnificent. The whole staff is just top notch. 1000% recommended

Spectacular view. Beautiful rooms. Homemade meals were fantastic. Very responsive service. Rough road to reach the entrance. Beds are ok. Outdoor seating was old and dirty. Shortcomings are minor compared to the positives. I would stay here again.

The hotel is unique in every way. The views cannot be beat, the cuisine and staff are the best. It is so luxurious to be outside San Miguel if it is heavily trafficked in tourists.

VIAJE DE ANIVERSARIO

Estuvimos en pareja apenas en este hotel del jueves 8 al sábado 10 de octubre, y puedo decir que fue una experiencia muy agradable, la vista es muy linda, el sonido de los grillos en la noche y los deliciosos desayunos, hacen que valga muchísimo la pena la estancia. Para aquellos que tengan miedo del tema del COVID puedo decirles que la ciudad de San Miguel se saca un 10, todo super limpio, el uso de cubre bocas es obligatorio y de verdad te sientes muy seguro en cuanto al tema.

Para llegar una odisea pues esta mal su mapa, te hace dar una vuelta totalmente ilógica, originalmente no nos reservaron la que pagamos, ( nos apareció u descuento secreto y eso pagamos) nos cambiaron ,no hubo agua caliente hasta el día siguiente y la chimenea no existe. La atención de todo el personal impecable muy amable y rica la comida, pienso que cuando esté mejor la coordinación entre lo que reservas y lo que te dan estará SÚPER con una increíble vista.
