Ideal para familias

Excelente experiencia. El hotel tiene unas instalaciones espectaculares, con mucho espacio verde y multiples opciones al aire libre y cubiertas tambien. El equipo de entretenimiento es de lo mejor. Muchísimas actividades para ir con niños y que estén entretenidos el día entero.

Pedimos con anticipación una habitación cercana al restaurante y la pileta porque uno de los integrantes es discapacitado motriz. Nos habían dicho que sí incluso el día anterior por teléfono. Finalmente no fue así, nos tocaron las más lejanas del primer bloque. El resto estuvo todo muy bien, las instalaciones, la comida y los servicios.

Mala relación precio calidad.

Mucho ruido en el área de piscina, música demasiado alta y repetitiva , animador hablaba demasiado y fuerte. Le pedí que cambie un poco la música ( sin hablar del volumen) y mucho no le gustó. La verdad parecía una bailanta. No lo recomiendo para descanso. Botón del inodoro se descompuso y puesta del placard rota.

La mejor animación y el mejor servicio!

Pasamos un fin de semana largo maravilloso. El complejo esta muy bien! Hay actividades para todos los gustos: ademas de las canchas de tenis y futbol el equipo de recreacion (Genios totales!) organizan actividades tales como bingo, busqueda del tesoro, aqua gym en la piscina climatizada, caminata energetica, taller de nudos, escalada en roca, pesca para los niños, torneo de minigolf, torneo de ping pong, metegol. El equipo de animacion infantil Willy y Juan tuvieron la mejor onda para mantener a mi hijo de 10 años ocupado con varias de estas actividades. Yo disfrute sobremanera el spa: las masajistas eran muy buenas y los precios acequibles. Tal vez falte mejorar un poco el área de cocina. Sin embargo tanto el encargado del restaurant como los mozos fueron tan serviciales con nosotros que estamos mas que satisfechos con todo. Las instalaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento pero todo lo que las rodea es maravilloso

No condice en la relación precio calidad, es un buen hotel pero no para los valores que cobran. no es de lujo y hay cosas que no funcionaban como la puerta del baño.

Fui dos dias para descansar y no lo pude lograr del todo, debido a que en la habitación que me aloje se sienten los ruidos de las habitaciones de al lado y como era una familia con niños, se escuchaban los llantos, ellos se levantaban a las 7 de la mañana y yo tenia que hacerlo porque se escuchaba todo el ruido de al lado. Sumado que ofrecen wi fi y el wi fi es pésimo. Por otro lado en las cenas había una persona cantando en un volumen que no podíamos tener una conversación en la mesa, yo había ido a cenar y no a un show deberían hacerlo posterior a la cena.

Lindo lugar para disfrutar en familia

Es un lugar recomendable para ir en familia o con un grupo de amigos. El predio es muy amplio con una hermosa piscina con agua fría, otra climatizada al aire libre y también cubierta, cancha de fútbol 5 de césped y también de material, dos canchas de tenis, una de paddle, una mesa de ping pong y metegol. El servicio de mucamas y de comidas es bueno. Hay un equipo de animación que organiza actividades en la piscina y en el predio. Hay falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones pero en general se puede disfrutar. Las habitaciones son al estilo cabañas y se estaciona el auto debajo de las mismas. Se escuchan las pisadas y voces de las habitaciones vecinas pero las mismas son amplias. El sistema es con media pensión, ya que incluye el desayuno y la cena para los adultos pero te cobran los cubiertos y bebidas aparte.
