Such a fantastic location on one of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches we’ve seen. A taxi ride into town but well worth it as the secluded hotel has the wow factor and allows for total relaxation but can get the buzz of town easily. Staff were very attentive, particularly Javier on front desk and Rafa in the bar / restaurant. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay during our 3 week tour of Mexico and would definitely recommend it. It does look like this area will become more developed in the future so sooner the better to visit, if you want the beauty and exclusivity of this amazing beach. Hotel only being a year old all facilities and amenities in top condition. Rooms smallish but very well designed so no problem on space and with unbelievable view. Pool was lovely . Loads of Sun beds and umbrellas and cracking music playlist. Also, we saw whales from the beach and a turtle sanctuary on the beach just 400 yards away which was worth a visit and for a small donation helped release some baby turtles.

This place is HEAVEN. We originally booked one night, but within 20 minutes of being there we changed our plans and booked another night. It's exactly as it seems in pictures--beautiful and instagrammable. It's also quiet--there are only 8 rooms, who all seemed to be couples of various ages who just wanted a quiet time together. Lots of super comfy seating by the pool or facing the beach. The beach is quiet and secluded (not swimmable, but gorgeous). Restaurant is good, staff friendly, and service great! I would 100% come back

Me hospedé junto con una amiga y el hotel cumplió totalmente nuestras expectativas, es más, las superó, la ubicación, nos agradó que el ambiente es tranquilo, ideal si lo que buscas es descansar, las instalaciones todo de lujo, cuidan cada detalle, el personal otro nivel, muy amables, hacen que tú estancia sea de lo más calida y agradable, super atentos, en especial dair, muy amigable. También quiero puntualizar que hubo comunicación con el personal de recepción del hotel desde antes de llegar y nos facilitaron nuestra llegada, estuvieron pendientes y se mantuvieron atentos durante toda nuestra estancia, recomiendo el lugar definitivamente. Excelente servicio, ¡Gracias!

Limpieza. el dia que llegamos en nuestro jacuzzi habia un corcho de vino flotando y una botella de cerveza de vidirio a un costado de el sillon redondo, y una mancha gigante como de vino en la esquina de la cama. Seguramente de huespedes anteriores, pero bueno desde ahi supimos que la limpieza no era la mejor… pues el sabado entro a limpiar la chica de limpieza y siguio quedando lo mismo. Asi mismo al siguente dia al hacer la cama no sabemos si nos dejaron las mismas sabanas o si se cambiaron. Sugeririamos hacer cambio de sabanas limpias diario. Asi mismo el agua del jacuzzi se veia turbia y no sabemos que tan seguido lo limpien. Mejor capacitacion a meseros y el area de cocina ya que en diversas ocaciones pedimos platillos muy espcificos y nos lo mandaron mal. No nos preguntaron si teniamos alguna alergia o requerimientos especificos. Comunicación y atencion al cliente. Si duda la habitacion 8 tiene todo para no querer salir nunca del cuarto. Pensamos que podrian poner algun boton o a un mesero que siempre este atento de esta habitacion pues nosotros estamos muy acotumbrados a visitar hoteles de este tipo y podemos decirles que la atencion del personal no fue muy grata para nosotros,.. Para el costo de la habitacion y las pocas habitaciones que tiene el lugar si les recomendamos mucho la capacitación de el personal para una mejor calidad en el servicio.

No le doy 10 estrellas porque no se puede. Es un lugar excelente, sus instalaciones están como nuevas todavía, el personal muy amable y servicial, desde el principio el trato fue muy amistoso y cordial. Hacen limpieza de la habitación todos los días Hacen todo para que estés a gusto y te vayas feliz. Era mi cumpleaños y de sorpresa llegó un pastelito y velas a mi mesa de restaurante, que, obviamente, fue cortesía. La comida muy muy rica, felicitaciones al chef! Además, los precios son muy accesibles. Nuestro vuelo salió tarde y nos ofrecieron facilidades para un late check out. Tiene acceso directo a la playa y una vista hermosa del mar. Aunque en esa playa no se puede nadar, está a pocos metros de un Campamento Tortuguero para liberar tortugas. A pesar de que tienen Daypass, no se satura de gente, más de una vez tuvimos la piscina para nosotros solos. La única “desventaja” es el camino de llegada, es terracería y el estacionamiento no es techado, por lo que el carro se calienta mucho, pero equis, el precio de la habitación vale la pena completamente todo lo que te ofrecen.
