"horrible experience... upon arrival we were told that there was no internet at all, and therefore room keys couldn't be activated, and everytime you left the room a staff member would have to let you back in.. same for the gym, or anyplace you have to use your key. Staff notified me that this had been going on for two days, yet they didn't tell me until it was time to check in. I had to spend an extra $50 a night for another hotel. no offer of free dinner or reduced rate to stay there if we wanted to deal with this big inconvenience. no internet means no wifi- no streaming etc."

"Pool was under construction but no worries, a popl was created when i tried to use the stand up shower that had no lip. Water ended up everywhere and I needed every available towel to soak up the water. I know wet rooms are common in other countries but I imagine they're designed to be more fumctional than this."

Windows opened completely for a body to fit out of Rug had rug nails sticking out and cut foot open Tub and toilet leaked Room was 80 degrees heat and ac broken, we had to sleep with window open. Room was next to a bridge and it was loud all night We have pictures to prove "
