The room and the other places of the hotel very clean. Beautiful and quiet hotel to spend for couple of days there. The spa is large and comfortable, as is the outdoor pool.

I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. We did ask for a kettle, which they provided, but we had to supply our own tea bags and buy milk locally. Location wise this hotel is perfect. Its at the top of the main village, and you can be in the Main Street in less than a minute.

日本の温泉をイメージしてたので、スパにはややがっかりしましたが、でも、施設、駐車場、スタッフ、朝食、など、やはり、一流だな、と感じました。街歩きするにも最高の立地。周囲に、もう少し手頃なスパホテルがあるので迷いましたが、スパ目的だったので、老舗のブランドを考慮し、ここを選択しました。サンダンスキの街自体が素晴らしく、ここのホテルと合わせて、とても満足のいく滞在ができました。

Good location, very central, friendly staff. Travelled for weekend along with my wife. Good dinner buffet. Breakfast did not have much choices for vegetarian/ vegan.

Amazing place in terms of everything one may need from a hotel for a great vacation. 1. Above all friendly and very helpful staff 2. Perfect location with free on site parking 3. spacious and clean rooms 4. great indoor and outdoor hot mineral pools 5. Strict and thorogouh yet unobtrusive measures for sanitation, masks, and social distancing plus the common areas are spacious enough.
