Families flock to Sandown's golden beach where you can rent colorful beach huts and try watersports at the pier. Dinosaur Isle museum showcases fascinating fossils while nearby Isle of Wight Zoo offers close encounters with rescued big cats and primates.
The room was just what we wanted, with two twin beds. The wi-fi worked easily, and the bathroom was very up-scale. The lounge felt welcoming, which expanded the size of our living space. We loved the breakfast, which was both professionally put together and personalized. We felt welcomed by the hosts, who gave us excellent directions and suggestions. A very pleasant stay!

My wife and I stayed at the Trouville hotel for a couple of nights in mid-September while visiting relatives on the Isle of Wight.
It is a nice, clean hotel right on the beach front.
The room was a good size, with a nice bathroom and decent storage space.
Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was a little confusion with our booking, which turned out to be a mistake on my part, but the staff were very polite and helpful throughout.

Cute, cozy room with a nice view of the countryside. Easy parking lot out back. Had dinner while we were there, which was excellent. Would recommend and stay again.

The place was beautiful in a quiet part of town and Mark did an excellent work to welcome us. The breakfast was delicious and meticulously prepared for us, vegetarians and one, GF. Never slept that well after a long train ride and walking. Thank you, Mark!

We loved our stay at The Fig Tree. The room was very clean, updated and comfortable. It’s a great location and we really enjoyed the free breakfast. Often times a free breakfast is a buffet where food is sitting out, but we loved being able to order from a menu and it was delicious as well. I would definitely stay here again.
