10/10 Excellent
"Excellent communication prior to arrival. Easy checkin even one hour early. Accommodation was excellent, much more than expected: roomy living area, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace. Parking was a big tight for even my average size vehicle, a significant challenge when parking next to full size pickup or SUV. Excellent location within easy walking distance or free bus to anywhere. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitly a place to stay and will look forward to our next visit there."

"This is an older hotel in Vail. Very large property. I think it's a great value for what you get. The property is definitely older, but our room was clean and comfortable. Easy parking which is huge in Vail. Great location as it's right between Vail Village and Lion's Head...you can walk easily to both. Really nice Bar and Grill and what looked to be a pretty yummy Indian restaurant on location. Great pool and jacuzzi. This is one of the better values in Vail I think. We would definitely stay here again. Ask for a room that faces the mountains. The other side has some I-70 traffic noise."

"Lack of on sight parking was an inconvenience, having to call for a shuttle to go to and from the parking garage that was more than a mile away. This is absolutely not the fault of the staff, who handled the situation with kindness and professionalism"

"The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Spa was great….we had massages. The only downside Cucina, the breakfast restaurant. They closed for a private event on Sunday morning. We walked in unaware, and staff was pretty curt that they were closed. This is ONLY restaurant in the hotel other than Elway’s which is dinner only. I asked where we should go to eat breakfast and they recommended places a 5 minute walk away. Anyway I guess when we are sold a hotel room that has an onsite breakfast restaurant, we just expected that we could rely on that."
