Hotel was conveniently located. We stayed 4 nights. The service elevator was the only working elevator and we had to obtain assistance from the staff to get to our floor every day we were there. The person who checked us in said we would get one night parking free for the inconvenience; however, we were charged for all 4 days of parking. When I inquired about it, the person at the desk said there were no notes regarding the credit. Therefore, we did not receive what was promised.

Hotel is nice and very close to the inner harbor. Parking is expensive so you can valet with in and out privileges or park in a lot overnight for a little less. Area around the hotel is not great
