"We had a great overnight stay after the Crab & Cruise. The room was clean and nice-sized, the bed was super comfortable, and it was quiet. The only issue I had was that I wish there was an iron in the room and that we were told at check in that we would have to sign it out at the front desk. Otherwise, EXCELLENT stay!!"

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not stay here especially with young kids. Very unclean and horrible customer service. My sister and I were set to stay for 4 days and felt like the pictures online seemed ok. We arrived late at night after driving over 8 hours and checked into the first room that smelled so badly of mold we could not stay with our two young kids. "No staff on site to check us in. An envelope with instructions was left for us in the lobby (main door unlocked at ALL times). Found the room unlocked with the key hanging on the wall inside. The whole check in process is a security concern. The web site says free self-parking. There is street parking in front but limited to 3 hours. We called the management number. An operator answering the call tried to connect us to the management but got no answer. We left a message but never got a call or...
