"Very outdated “5 star” hotel. Everything appears clean, but it feels dirty due yo how everything has aged. Facilities are in dire need of a renovation. Our first room had some electrical issues, in which loud buzzing was heard when certain lights were on. It also had old wooden floors that creaked, as did the room over us causing so much noise that we required a room change to the top floor. The next room had the same electrical sounds and issues. "Amazing stay at Royal Lakshmi (Laxmi) Palace Jaipur. We stayed here for one night since Marriott was all booked. To my surprise, this property went above and beyond on a customer service. Starting with Checkin, when we arrived, rooms were already ready to check in took less than 3 mins for them to verify /scan IDs and give us keys to the room. "Felt that the per-night rates are not justifiable for the property type. There were no breakfast services or in-room dining options. There were mosquitos and dust in the room. No wifi was available too. The bed was hard and the pillow was not comfortable at all, I had neck pain for the next 2 days because of the pillows. Overall, wouldn't recommend staying here for more than 1 night. The only plus point is the distance to the airport."
