Her husband was fluent in English and helped us with any complicated queries and a little history as well. The ceilings in the hotel and rooms were domed and unique. "I booked the hotel as it was described as wheelchair accessible and I even emailed the property to confirm. They replied that it was indeed wheelchair accessible. When we arrived, I could not get past the bed in my wheelchair or enter the bathroom. The toilet had no hand rails and the shower has a step to enter it and also no handles or a shower seat. It was totally unsuitable for my needs and we had to find another hotel."

"By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. "Beautiful apartment close to the old city. Very clean room with typical high ceilings and attractive window shutters in this rare Palazzo house. It is an exceptional accommodation but unfortunately the lock on the room instead functioning properly and the key to the bathroom door doesn't fit in the lock unless you have Midas touch hands.
